Order Policy

All orders are pending credit card approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions. Once you place an order, you may request to cancel or change it within 1 hour, though we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing. EU customers wishing to exercise a right of withdrawal should see the EU Right of Withdrawal section below.

When your order is placed and shipped, you'll receive an email via the contact information provided at checkout. It may be necessary to send your order in two or more shipments. Shipping charges apply only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for additional packages on the same order. Restrictions may apply. 

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address. Most United States orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), though some orders may ship via UPS, FedEx, or another carrier depending on the most convenient and cost-effective service.

International orders, including Canada, may ship via USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier depending on the destination and the most cost-effective service available.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing, seasonal volume, and other factors outside our control. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Duties and Taxes on International Orders

Applicable duties, import taxes, and fees are calculated and collected at checkout. Duty and tax amounts are determined by the destination country and the contents of your order, and are shown at checkout before your purchase is complete.

Missing Packages

Be sure to check around your house and mailbox, or ask your neighbors if they received it for you. There's also a chance it was marked 'Delivered' before it was dropped off. If your package still hasn't turned up 72 hours after you received a delivery confirmation email, contact customer service at info@herdhockeyshop.com. Packages lost or damaged in transit by the carrier will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in the European Union may have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.
