RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date an order was placed or delivered, whichever comes later. Items must be unused/unworn, with original tags and labels intact. Personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returns can take up to 10-15 business days to be received and processed. Once processed, your refund may take up to 2-7 business days to reflect back to your payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.
Refund Options: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or, if preferred, customers can choose store credit in the form of a gift card.
Return Shipping: Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded amount. We provide a return label for orders shipped within the United States, and $7.99 will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
International Returns: For international orders, please contact info@herdhockeyshop.com to discuss the return process on a case-by-case basis.
Important: If items are returned after the 30-day window, they will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

EXCHANGES
We offer a 30-day exchange policy from the date an order was placed or delivered, whichever comes later, subject to product availability. Items must be unused/unworn with original tags and labels. Personalized products are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Exchange Fees: While there are no fees for processing an exchange, the customer is required to pay a $4.99 exchange fee. We will cover the cost of sending the exchanged product back to the customer.
Unavailable Items: If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, you may choose between a refund (less original shipping costs) to your original payment method or store credit in the form of a gift card.
